We’re recruiting an Account Manager (remote/hybrid)

Closing date: 5 pm on Sunday 12th January 2025.

Role type: Full-time.

Location: On-site (Epsom), remote or hybrid, plus attendance at customer meetings and events.

Job outline: This is available from our careers page.

Job background:

Our local government customers depend on our geographic information systems (GIS) to help them share location-based data internally and with residents. With hundreds of thousands of requests for information received every year, customers rely on us to help identify the right solution to meet demand.

That’s where our Account Managers come in. They identify new opportunities and help customers identify and implement software that suits their requirements and budgets. As trusted advisors, they build long-lasting relationships with clients and share examples of best practice. They also give technical colleagues valuable insights into our customers’ changing needs.

The Account Manager role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will include managing existing Local Government accounts, identifying and developing new opportunities within the sector and supporting our team with key growth strategies.

It is ideally suited to someone with experience of account management or an experienced user of geographic information systems (GIS) within Local Government.

Please note: this is a full-time position and requires some travel within the UK.
