Reducing carbon

Our Carbon Reduction Plan supports our ambition to halve emissions by 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2050.

Having made the SME Climate Commitment, we are determined to reduce carbon usage. Our latest report (2024) shows that we are on track to reduce carbon by a fifth over five years.

Three key commitments

Where possible, our team is committed to reducing carbon through:

Minimising in-person meetings

Routine staff meetings are held online. Account reviews are normally held via Google Meet or our clients’ preferred software. We also deliver all training courses online.

Greener travel

We encourage travelling by train or car share when attending essential meetings and events. We host our User Group in a location which is easy for as many clients as possible to reach by public transport.

Day-to-day thoughtfulness

From minimising printing to sourcing more eco-friendly giveways for events, we think about the long-term implications of our operations.
