Fault reporting and public consultation

We have just published a new case study focused on our Logger module. It features the use of Logger for Highways fault reporting via the Cambridgeshire County Council Website and CRM integration in the Contact Centre.

It also features the use of Logger at Surrey Heath Borough Council for a web based Public Consultation on a major planning development within the borough.
