2011 SOCITM - ‘Better Connected' Survey
Once again Local Authorities using the Astun Technology iShare Platform did well in this highly respected survey. Only nine sites received four stars, one of those being one of our oldest iShare customers, Surrey Heath Borough Council. "This site has a really good ‘Find my nearest’/maps system, intuitive and easy to use."
Of the 14 sites that fell just short of four stars, four use iShare: Carlisle City Council, Elmbridge Borough Council, Rochford District Council and The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
In the top twenty listing of 'most effective' sites there were no less than 5 iShare sites.
